COPPA
COPPA Is the Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule.
It imposes certain requirements on operators of websites or online services directed to children under 13 years of age, and on operators of other websites or online services that have actual knowledge that they are collecting personal information online from a child under 13 years of age.
When you add an app to the Nefta platform, you will be required to tick one of the following options:
- My app IS primarily directed to children under the age of 13 as the primary audience,
- My app IS directed to children, WITH a mixed audience, WITH an age gate,
- My app IS directed to children, WITH a mixed audience, WITHOUT an age gate,
Nefta uses your response when filtering ad creatives to users.
If your app is primarily directed to children under the age of 13, Nefta will not return an Ad Response for a user.
If your app has a mixed audience without an age gate, we will not return ads for users in the United States or North America.
If your app has a mixed audience with an age gate, and the user has stated they are under the age of 13, Nefta will not return a bid response. If the user is over the age of 13, Nefta will return a bid response.
